A year after reading Born to Run, I finally picked up some chia seeds from Whole Foods.
I’m thinking I’ll put them in my porridge and in smoothies, but what else should I be chia’ing in my diet?

I’ve always wanted a Chia pet after seeing them in films but have never seen one in the shops!
Before I turned all whole30, I LOVED chia. Used to eat it every morning on my oats (stayed fuller for longer), popped it on salads, in my stirfries etc. You can put it on or in ANYTHING because chia has no taste, it simply adopts the taste of the food you are having it with an enhances it. Awesome little superfood that.
