Being able to celebrate 10 amazing months spent in London with Alex, and getting to cook an (almost) Canadian thanksgiving dinner back in October!
I made Ina Gartens amazing roast chicken and gravy then added some of the delicious British potatoes.
We were lacking on the veggies, but all the important ingredients were there (Wine, meat, gravy).
And for desert, I finally found pumpkin (thank you Waitrose!) and made enough Pumpkin Pie to share with Alex and my whole office.
I’m also thankful autumn has arrived in Highbury Fields! Love the colours
