just some pasta and exercise

Not too much to update from London these days. Just starting training for the Brighton Half Marathon in February so Tuesdays I join the Sweatshop Community Running Group on their 5k loop around Highbury Fields, then Thursdays it’s running home from work instead of taking the bus. 

Then I get to come home to this delicious meal.  Fresh lemon juice, garlic olive oil, fresh parsley (FROM MY ALLOTMENT), tomato, parmesan cheese and shrimp. Mmmmmmmmm #ilovecarbs

No seriously. I love carbs.
