to @themakelounge! I won a contest on twitter for 2 spots in a screen printing class, so Emma and I headed over on a Thursday after work to get our craft on.

As always we got great instruction and inspiration, then it was up to us to get creative with our patterns.

Then we got the screens out and started printing (so much more stressful than it looks!)

First attempts were surprisingly professional! (Could the Canadian and Cambridge native be more obvious?)

In the end I made a very large tea towel and a canvas tote for teddy-bear picnics
