While resting my legs for the upcoming Reykjavik half marathon – I used my arms to punt my friends around Cambridge on a summer day trip to explore Emma’s hometown. 

The next day I kept on the arms-workout and headed to the London Craft Beer Festival and lifted a lot of pints of delicious craft beers to my lips.
