There’s a reason this isn’t a cooking blog.001My baking style isn’t exactly photogenic.

Last week I was tasked with making something for the pie/flan/tart round of our office bake off. I decided on a new recipe of this Pistachio Chocolate Tart suggested by Martha.

004I made the pistachio paste in my new handmedown food processor (I love it Lucy!). And then a few swear words later I had something resembling a pie.

006If I was to make it again, I’d buy a larger food processor to make the crust/pastry in. And double the filling. More chocolate!
