Last week I was tasked with making something for the pie/flan/tart round of our office bake off. I decided on a new recipe of this Pistachio Chocolate Tart suggested by Martha.
I made the pistachio paste in my new handmedown food processor (I love it Lucy!). And then a few swear words later I had something resembling a pie.
If I was to make it again, I’d buy a larger food processor to make the crust/pastry in. And double the filling. More chocolate!
Those pictures are pretty good, all things considered. That looks very yummy and, er, green – sure there weren’t any sneaky avocados in there?
