Yesterday I made the most British canapé ever, Prawn Cocktails, for a work leaving-do. My partner in catering-crime, Sharon, and I re-used the Gü puds from our amazing office drop win of over 1,000 chocolate deserts – and even Gü themselves were impressed!
Recipe: My 1st attempt at Prawn Cocktails
2 packages of cooked and pealed Prawns
A small jar of mayo
Enough ketchup to turn it pink (about 1/3 of the amount of mayo)
A generous amount of Worsterchestersosrtester sauce
A sprinkle of cayenne powder (more if you’re making some for me)
Shredded iceburg lettuce
A lemon sliced all pretty
Smoked paprika to sprinkle on top
